Ringlock Standards

The Ringlock Standard serves as the main vertical and load-bearing component within the Ringlock scaffolding system. Manufactured from high-strength steel and finished with hot-dip galvanization, it offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance in demanding site conditions.Available in a variety of lengths, the Ringlock Standard forms the backbone of a modular scaffold system known for its versatility, strength, and compliance with international safety standards.

Ringlock Ledger

Ringlock Ledgers are horizontal components used to connect vertical standards and form the structural framework of the scaffolding system. In addition to providing horizontal support, they can also function as guardrails or serve as direct supports for steel planks, helping to create safe and stable working platforms.Each ledger is equipped with a forged wedge head that fits precisely into the rosettes welded on the standards. Once inserted, the wedge locks securely into position, ensuring fast and reliable assembly.

Ringlock Diagonal Braces

Vertical bracings are diagonal components that connect to the rosettes on Ringlock standards, forming a critical part of the scaffold's structural system. Their primary role is to enhance rigidity and prevent lateral movement, especially in tall or exposed scaffolding setups.These braces are available in a range of lengths to accommodate various bay sizes and scaffold heights, offering flexibility across different site conditions.

Kwikstage Galvanized Standard

The Kwikstage Standard is a vertical load-bearing component designed to transfer the full weight of the scaffold structure to the ground. Manufactured from high-strength steel and treated with a hot-dip galvanizing process, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for long-term use in harsh outdoor environments. Star-shaped rosettes are welded at fixed intervals along the tube, allowing for the secure and flexible connection of ledgers, transoms, and braces. Each standard is designed to integrate with a base plate to ensure stable weight distribution throughout the system.

Kwikstage Ledger

Available in Hot Dip Galvanized and Painted Finishes

Ledgers are essential horizontal members in the Kwikstage scaffolding system. They are used to connect vertical standards at fixed intervals via star-shaped rosettes, ensuring structural integrity and even weight distribution throughout the scaffold.

In addition to providing lateral stability, ledgers also function as support rails or handrails, especially on elevated platforms and access towers. Made from high-strength steel, our ledgers are available in a range of standard lengths to meet various project configurations.

Kwikstage Diagonal Braces

Diagonal braces play a critical role in maintaining scaffold alignment and structural stability. Installed diagonally across scaffold bays, these components help ensure that the scaffold is square and level from the very first bay—providing a reliable foundation for safe and accurate assembly.

Each brace is manufactured from high-strength nominal scaffold tubing, with both ends flattened and shaped to fit standard swivel “C” couplers. This design allows for quick installation and secure attachment between vertical standards and horizontal ledgers.
